Mr. Murray has worked at Gallaudet University since 1988. From 1988 to 2000 Mr. Murray worked as a technician and producer in the Department of Television, Film and Photography. Then moving to the Gallaudet University Kellogg Conference Center in 2000, he served as the Manager of Media Services for the conference center. And, supported special events for the University both on and off campus. In 2005 Mr. Murray returned to Academic Technology in his current position as Media Supervisor, supporting University technology needs as a member of the AT unit Media and Classroom Technology.

Mr. Murray has sat on the Board of Directors of Deaf Reach; organized a series of international conference on technology in deaf education; and continues to be an active member of the Gallaudet community.

He was also a member of the United States Air Force for five years prior to coming to Gallaudet, serving at the Air Force Academy, in Greenland, Greece and Texas. Mr. Murray is a graduate of the Defense Information School at Fort Benjamin Harrison in Indianapolis.
